wo larki bhi aik ajeeb paheli thi
piyasay hount thay aankh jesay sumander thi

suraj is ko dekh k peela parta tha
wo sarma ki dhoop mein dhul kar nikli thi

us ko apne saaye se bhi dar lagta tha
suraj k sehraa mein wo thanha hirni thi

aate jaate mosam is ko daste tahay
hanste hanste palkoun se ro parti thi

door se ujray mander jesa ghar us ka
wo apne ghar mein akloti devi thi

tyez hawa ko rook k apne anchal per
souke phool ikthay karti phirti thi

sab par zaaher kar deti thi bhed apna
sab se ik tasveer chupaye rakhti thi

kal sham chakna chuur hua tha dil us ka
ya phir pehli baar wo khoul k rooyi thi

RoOZ =kia jane kioun dhoop se beparwa
wo apne ghar ki dehleez pe bethi thi !
