aik mudat ki thakaan hai
aur zindagi ke maathay per shikan hai
nazar mein taweel sehra hai
aur paoon mein kantoon ki chubhan hai
sochta hon to guman lagta hai
aur dil mein barabar lagi lagan hai
neend,kaisay manaon,palkein moond na paon
yeh jo totay khuwabon ki chubhan hai
elahi jo aankho mein thair gai hai woh soorat
mita doon ya jaga don yeh uljhan hai
kyon ulajh raha hoon lehroon se jab ke
jeewan piyaas hai aur piyaas jeewan hai....
