Ingredients:
Chicken boneless ½ kg
Lemon 3
White vinegar ½ cup
Oil ½ cup
Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
In a wok, add washed chicken. Add salt and white vinegar. Stir-fry until water dries, then add ginger paste, black pepper crushed, lemon juice, and oil. Allow to cook until chicken tender. Dish it out and serve with naan.
