Delicious Namkeen Fried Chicken For Alvera



Ingredients:

Chicken – 1 ( cut in 8 pieces and make cuts )
Yogurt – 125 gm
Green chillies – 10
Garam masala – 1 tbsp
Chat masala – as you like (for garnishing)
Salt –
Oil



Method:

Take chicken and cut in 8 pieces and make cuts on it. Now take a wok and put 2 tbsp oil, put chicken, garam masala, salt, yogurt, mix well and cook then put green chillies ( cut them in half ) cover and cook until water dry well.
Now take pan put oil and deep fry chicken pieces until golden.
Serve with cooked green chillies ( cooked with chicken) and chat masala
