![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Ingredients: Flour 375 gm Egg 1 Salt to taste Milk to make dough Yeast 1 tbsp Sugar Powder 4 tbsp Oil 4 tbsp For Filling and Topping: Cream Cheese 1 cup Beaten Egg 4 Clarified Butter to fry Method: • In a bowl, add in 375 gm of flour, 1 egg, ½ tsp salt, some milk, 1 tsp yeastr, 4 tbsp sugar powder, and 4 tbsp oil. Mix it and make dough. Keep it for 1 hour. • Roll the dough and cook it from both the sides. Put the beaten egg on one side of paratha and then put on 1 cup cream cheese. • Roll it and serve. ![]()
