Baat Tanhaee ki Sar-e-Aam Keeay Baithay Hein

Ik Pardah Nasheen buhat Haseen Chehray ko
Bazm-e-Ehsaas mein Gulfaam Keeay Baithay Hein

Baat kartay hein Wo meri Zubaan se aur
Soch apni mujhay Ilhaam Keeay Baithay Hein

Kar k Haavi Wo khud ko meri Hasti pe
Ik Jahaan mein mujhay Gumnaam Keeay Baithay Hein

Sangdil ko ye Baat b Khatki Ho gi
Sangraizon pe Ham Aaraam Keeay Baithay Hein

Wasal ki Shab shaid k Fursat na milay
Shikway Sab wo Sar-e-Sham Keeay Baithay Hein

Kabhi Maikhanay mein aa k Khud daikho
Naam teray hi sab Jaam Keeay Baithay Hein

Khud uljh jaatay hein kharafat mein sab
Zulf-e-Jaanaan yoonhi Badnaam Keeay Baithay Hein

Tum Hamain chahtay ho Gharri do Pal ko
Ham toh Jeevan hi Teray Naam Keeay Baithay Hein
