Ingredients:

Chicken 1/2 kg
Rice 1/2 kg
Tomatoes 1/2 kg
Green chilies 10
Mint leaves 2 tsp
Cumin 2 tsp
Black peppercorn 10
Turmeric 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Onion 2
Ginger garlic 2 tsp

Method:

Heat oil and do onion brown.
Now put chicken, ginger garlic, cumin, black peppercorn, turmeric, salt and bay leaves and roast it.
Then add tomato and green chilies and roast it.
Then put soaked rice and water and cook it.
When water dries, put mint leaves and keep on simmer for 10 minutes.
