1. Eat bitter gourd (karela) daily in your meal or at least tale tablespoon of bitter gourd juice daily.

2. Take 2 teaspoons of powdered fenugreek seeds (meethi dana) with milk or you can also swallow 2 teaspoons of whole seeds daily.
