Jab Teri Dhun mein Jiya karte thay
Hum bhi chup chap phira karte thay

Ankh mein piyas hua karti thi
Dil mein tofan utha karte thay

Log atey thay gazal sunnye ko
Hum teri baat kiya karte thay

Such Samajhtay thay terey wadon ko
Raat din ghar mein raha kartay thay

Kisi weerane mein tujh say mil kur
Dil mein kiya phool khila karte thay

Ghar ki deewaron ko sajanay kay liye
Hum tera naam likha karte thay

Wo bhi kiya din thay bhula kar tujh ko
Hum tujhey Yaad kiya karte thay

Jab teray dard mein Dil dukhta tha
Hum teray haq men Dua karte thay

Apnay jazbon ki kamandon say tujhey
Hum bhi taskheer kiya karte thay

Kal tujhay dekh ke Yaad aya hai
Hum sukhan war bhi hua karte thay

Cherta tha Gam-e-Dunya jab bhi "Mohsin"
Hum teray Gam say gila karte thay
