Salam all..
As You guyz know there is some problem with internet in all over Pakistan.if you are facing PTCL slow net or net suicking Problem , than simply switch to google DNS.
You have to configure it manually this google DNS.
8.8.4.4
8.8.8.8

i had speed issues and i used to think like you but later on i realised that it was my own fault so no need to blame PTCL, follow few easy steps and improve your speed if you restart your user that will also improve your internet speed sometime we have issues with our computers or browsers so restart computer your computer or change the browser,try these things and hopefully you will get much better speed.
