Bas Ik Tamasha Yeh Zeest Thehri..

Na dill lagi main Sakoon Paaya,
Na Aashqi main Qaraar Paaya,

Na Wasl Lamhay Hi Raas Aaye,
Na Firaaq hi Hum Guzaar Paaye..

Ajab Yeh Chahat kay Marhalay hain,
Na Jeet Paaye, Na Haar Paaye.

Na hi Yaadon ki Dhunnd Utri,
Na Dill kay Daman ko Jhaar Paaye..

Na Aankhein Khwabon ko Dhoond Paae'en,
Na khawaab Aankhon ko Dhoond Paaye...!
