Na jaane ashk se aankhoun mein kyoun hai aaye hue
Guzar gayaa hai zamaanaa tujhe bhulaaye hue

Jo manzilein hain to bas raharavan-e-ishq kii hain
Wo saans ukhadii huii paanv dagmagaaye hue

Na rahzanoun se ruke raaste mohabbat ke
Wo kaafile nazar aaye lute lutaaye hue

Ab is ke baad mujhe kuchh khabar nahiin un kii
Ghum aashanaa hue apane hue paraaye hue

Ye iztiraab saa kyaa hai ki muddatein guzarii
Tujhe bhulaaye hue terii yaad aaye hue
