Ahal e ulfat ke hawalon pe hansi ati hai
laila majanun ke misalon pe hansi ati hai

Jab bhi taqamil e mohabbat ka khayal ata hai
mujhako apane khayalon pe hansi ati hai

Log apane liye auron may wafa dhundhate hain
un wafa dhundhanewalon pe hansi ati hai

Dekhane walon tabassum ko karam mat samajho
unhen tu dekhanewalon pe hansi ati hai

Chandani rat mohabbat may hasin thi ‘fakir’
ab tu bimar ujalon pe hansi ati hai
