Fried squid
1 kgs squid rings and tentacles cleaned
... Marinate the squid in mustard (1 tblsp for 1 kgs of squid), minced garlic(around 2 or 3 cloves or acccording to taste), salt, pepper, 1 tsp cummin, lemon juice (juice of 1 lemon), 1 tblsp oil, chill flakes or paprika and leave it for at least 4 hours.
(you can adjust spices according to your taste)
coat the squid in equal amounts of flour
and bread crumps.
Heat the oil till it is really hot then deep fry the squids till
they are golden brown it will take 1/2 a mint..!!
