Ingredients:

2 Litre whole milk
3-4 tbsp of Custard (Foster Clarks)
6-8 tbsp sugar

fruits:
3 Apples -finely sliced
1 Pear - finely sliced
1 Orange - cut into small pieces
2 Mangoes - cut in cubes
4 Banana's - sliced
1 Strawberry

- 1 Pound cake

Method:

1. In a bowl, take 1 cup of milk and add the custard powder to it. Mix well with a spoon so that there are no lumps

2. In a big cooking pan, get the milk to boil, when the milk is boiling add sugar in it and mix will for 5 mins while keeping it on the stove.

3. While stirring the milk, add the prepared custard to the milk entirely. Mix well and let the mixture to boil.

- taste the custard to check if the sweetness & thickness is as you desire. (Caution: Its HOT)

- If everything is fine then you can let the custard cool for 30 mins before refrigerating it.

4. Mix all the sliced/cubed fruits together (like in fruit chart)

5. Add the fruits to the custard and mix well.

6. Cut the pound cake into squares

7. Take a casserole or a long dish - layer the dish with the cake pieces, then add fruit custard on top of it. Decorate the top with a strawberry.

8. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until its chilled.

Enjoy!
