Paratha filled with Mince Meat Ingredients for filling [/color][list] ˝ kg mince meat ]2 lemons 3 sliced green chilies ]˝ bunch sliced cilantro1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp red chili powder Salt to taste Ingredients for dough ]˝ kg flour] Salt to taste ]Oil to requirement [2 tbsp plain flour Method] ]In a cooking pot, add mince meat, 3 sliced green chilies, ˝ bunch sliced cilantro, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp red chili powder and salt to taste and sauté without adding any oil. When mince is cool, add onion and lemon juice and mix briefly. Add ˝ kg flour and salt to taste and knead fine dough. Form equal portions of kneaded dough and place a portion of mince meat on it. Roll another portion of dough and place on top of mince meat. Join the 2 corners of rolled chapattis with 2 tbsp plain flour dissolved in water. Fry on a pan with oil or clarified butter. Tempting parathas are ready to serve
