Koi miltaa hi nahin humse hamara ban kar,
Tum mile bhi to bohut duur kinara ban kar,

Har aik ummid nigahon se chhalak jaati hai,
Unka har lafz aankhon se sharara ban kar,

Aur sab toot gayin cheezen khilono ki tarha,
Ek yaaqin saath mein rehta hai sahara ban kar,

Tum rahoge is chhoti si zameen tak mehdud,
Hum to chamkeinge aik roaz sitaraa bann kar,
