A mothers day wish for you
Though we are far apart
Mother , if you only knew
The longing in my heart
To wish you all the joy in life
The goodness, love and songs
Dispite the tears and all the stife
That accompany my wrongs

I pray for your forgiveness
If for only this day
That hope , mercy, and tenderness
Would surely come my way

There is no stronger bond around
Then between a daughter and mother
Our hearts, our minds, our bodies bound
forever to each other

One last word I must say
Your strength, your beauty, your love
Hopefully will be passed to me someday
