Woh kehti hai tumhari batein achi lagti hain
Main kehta hoon sooraj ki roshni tumko sajti hai

Woh kahti hai tumhari batoon main apnaiyet hai
Main kehta hoon muhabbat rafta rafta barti hai

Woh kehti hai itne din bad mile ho
Main kehta hoon shayed sadiyaan beet gai hain

Woh kehti hai meri zindagi main khawab hain buhat
Main kehta hoon sare khawab sumait lo

Woh kehti hai kya ab bhi mujhko chahte ho
Main kehta hoon tumhein khabar nahi hai shayed

Woh kehti hai dekho amawus ki raat hai
Main kehta hoon haan chand mere pehloo main hai

Woh kehti hai zindagi kitni khoobsurat hai
Main kehta hoon zara aik sapna tootne du

Woh kehti hai mousam buhat pyara hai
Main kehta hoon zara tanhai main dekhna

Woh kehti hai dekho meenh barasta hai
Main kehta hoon haan badal akser roota hai
