Wafa main ab yeh hunar bhi ikhtyaar karna hai
Woh sach kahay na kahay aitbaar karma hai

Yeh tujhko jaagtay rehnay ka shoq kab se hua?
Mujhe tu khair tera intizaar karma hai…

Hawa ki zid main jallaye hai ansoouon k chiraagh
Kabhi yeh jashan sar-e-rah guzaar karma hai

Who muskura kar naye wasooso main daal gaya
Khayal tha usay sharamsaar karma hai

Tere firaaq main din kis tarhan katein
K shaghal-e-shab tu sitaare shumaar karma hai

Chalo yeh Ashak hi moti samajh kar Baich aayein
Kisi tarhan tu humein Rozgaar karma hai
