"Tomato, Onion and Coriander Salad"
Because she is very conscious abou her diet.

Ingredients :

4 tomatoes
2 onions, finely chopped
50g coriander chopped
2 chopped garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Salt
Fresh ground black pepper



Method :

1.Put the sliced tomatoes, chopped onions, garlic and coriander in a mixing bowl.
2.To make the dressing, put the mixed herbs, salt, olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a blender to mix.
3.Pour over the salad and mix.
4.Grind some fresh black pepper over the top and serve chilled.
