ham yuuN hii jiite rahe haNsate rahe

us ke aa jaane kii ummiidein liye
raastaa muD muD ke ham takte rahe

vaqt to guzaraa magar kuchh is tarah
ham charaaGon kii tarah jalte rahe

kitane chehare the hamaare aas-paas
tum hii tum dil mein magar baste rahe
