Tere janay Ke Bad Tabiyat Udas Rehti Hai,
Kya Karo Dil Lagta Nahi Kisi kaam mai,


Jab dil Bhar ata Hai tu Ankhay Baras Jati hai,
Tu Roo Laty Hai Chupkay Chupkay Rat ki Tariqi mai,

Jab Yad Karti ho Un Guzray Dino Ko,
Tu Ankhay Chalak Uththi hai Dil Laraj Jata hai,

Jab bhi Es dil Na Kisi ko panay ki Tamanna Ki,
Mare Rooh-0-Hayat mai Ek he Shaks Ka Naam ata hai
