Ingredients

3 cups maida
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 cups sugar
2 tsp baking Powder
1 tsp baking Soda
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp vinegar
2 cups cold water

Directions

Mix 3 cups of Maida.
In another bowl mix ¾ cup oil, vanilla essence, vinegar and cold water.
Add the wet Ingredients to the dry mixture & mix very well.
Bake in pre heated oven for 375ºF for 40 minutes.
