Harf-E-Ranjish pe koi baat bhee ho sakti hay
Ain mumkin hay mulaqat bhee ho sakti hay

Zindagi phool hay khushbu hay magar yaad rahay
Zindagi Gardish-E-Halat bhee ho sakti hay

Hum nay yeh sooch k rakha thaa qadam Gulshan
mein Lalo-O-Gul mein teri zaat bhee ho sakti hay

Chaal chaltay huey Shatranj ki baazi k Asool
Bhool jao gay to phir maat bhee ho sakti hay

Ek to Chatt k bina ghar hay hmaara
Us pe Yeh khof k Barsaat bhee ho sakti hay
