Chand ki simt nazar jaye to kya hota hai?
Rat kisi ki yaad mein guzar jaye to kya hota hai

Kitni masoom ada se wo mujhe pochta hai
Jab koi dil mein utar jaye to kya hota hai

Mere Allah tu faqt itna bata de usko
Admi jeete ji mar jaye to kya hota hai

Koi anjan se shaks ka kisi pichle pehar
Aks ankhon mein thehr jaye tu kya hota hai

Dard de k mujhe wo hansta raha or bola
Dard jab had se guzar jaye tu kya hota hai

Kabhi zindagi me kisik liay mut rona**
q k vo''tumhare ansoun k kabil nahi ho ga''
or ''vo'' jo is ''kabil'' ho ga vo tumhe ''rone'' nahi de ga''*****
