Punjabi Tadka Fish Fries
Ingredients: Fish (Surmai) Fillets - 500 Gms
Red Chili Powder - 1 Tbsp
Salt - To Taste
Ginger Paste - 2 Tbsp
Garlic Paste - 2 Tbsp
Lemon Juice - 1 Tbsp
Gram Flour (Besan) - 1 Cup
Oil - To Deep Fry
Egg - 1
Black Salt - To taste
Roasted Cumin Powder - ¼ tsp
Garam Masala - ¼ tsp
Mango Powder (Amchoor) - ¼ tsp
Directions...
Add the fish fingers in a bowl.
Now sprinkle red chili powder, salt, roasted cumin powder, balck salt, garam masala, ginger paste, garlic paste, lemon juice, gram flour and mix well. Keep it aside.
Now break egg in a bowl and mix well.
Add egg mixture in a prepared fish mixture. Mix well.
Heat oil in a pan. Put the prepared fish fingers in hot oil to fry.
Deep fry all of them till they become golden brown in color.
Drain and place on an absorbent paper.
Serve hot with Green Chutney/Sauce and any sauce of your choice.
