Sochti hoon tujhko toh har baat adhuri lagti hai,
tere saath bitaye lamho ki har ghadi choti lagti hai,

Chandni raat mein mujhe chandni ek sazaa si lagti hai,
taron se jhilmilati raat tera bina mujhe mayoos lagti hai,

Hawa ka chuna mere badan ko mujhe chubhan sa lagta hai,
tere bin barsaat ka badal mujhe ghana andhera lagta hai,

mehfil mein ab mujhe tere bin jaane kyu ajnabi sa lagta hai,
tere pyar mein parwana sa jalna ab mujhe meri taqdeer lagta hai...........
