Zamane se sona tha mohabbat har jati hai,
Jo chahat ik tarafa ho wo chahat har jati hai,
Kahi par bhi duao ka ik lafz asar kar jata hai,
Kahi par barso ki ebadat har jati hai,
Mohabbat kab kisi ko doshmani ka dars day,
Ek arzoo see hai ke un ko bhol jai hum,
Magar un ki yaad ati hai ye hasrath har jati hai

 


Hawa ban kar bikharney se
Usey kya farq parta hai
Mere jeeney ya marney se
Usey kya farq parta hai
Usey to apni khushiyon se
Zara bhi fursat nahi milti
Mere gham ke ubharney se
Usey kya farq parta hai
