usay rooktay bhi to kaisay

woh jo shair dil tha to ujar gia

woh jo khawaab tha to bikhar gia

kabhi mosmoun ki nazar lagi!!

Kabhi wehmoun nay usko darra dia

kabhi manziloun ki saraab nay

kabhi raastoun may dahga dia

kabhi zindagi ki kitaab say

hamain jis nay chaaha mitta dia

woh jo jaaraha tha to door tak

usay dakhtay hi rahay magar

rooknay ko nahin dee sada

usay rooktay bhi to kis liay...

Le jana un ko darwaze pe our kehna intezar

Phir rakhna ungli dil pe our kehna
Shikayat karta tha k dard hota ha yehan
