Ingredients
Boneless Fish Fillet ½ kg
Garlic 5-6 cloves
Ginger 1 inch piece
Coriander Sticks ½ cup
Red Curry Paste 1 tbsp
Crushed Black Pepper ½ tsp
Lemon Grass 1
Brown Sugar 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
All Purpose Flour or Corn Flour 2-3 tbsp
Oil for fry
Salt to taste

Method

Take 5-6 cloves of garlic, 1 inch piece of ginger , ½ cup of coriander stem, ½ tsp of crushed black pepper, 1 lemon grass and 1 tbsp of red curry paste blend it all in the blender and make a paste. Now add 1 tsp of brown sugar, ½ tsp of turmeric powder, add to taste salt, 2-3 tbsp of all purpose flour or corn flour mix it well and make a marination. Then add ½ kg of boneless fish fillet and marinate it for few hours. Take a deep wok add oil , heat the oil add fish fillet and fry on the both of the sides when its nicely golden brown take it out in a serving platter. At last garnish with vegetables and serve it.
