wagernaa dergaahouN pe laj paal thay buht

Ham kese tazah rafaqataiN talash ker lete
Guzre zamane ke aatay rahe khyaal buht

Gardish-e-doraaN hamaiN bhala kiyaa sataye gii
gerdishouN ne kiaa he hamaiN khush haal buht

koi kyaa kerta he mujhe is se kia matlab he
Kaafii he mujhe mere naama-e-aamaal buht
