Hadith - Bukhari (#1302)

Ibrahim (RA) said, "Our associates used to permit all sorts of play, except for play with dogs." Imam Bukhari added: "He meant [the permission was] for children.

According to this hadith..... playing with dogs are not allowed .. But.. Chidren can play with them..
