Ingredients:
Beef Mince ½ kg
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Roasted Cumin 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Chopped onions ½ kg
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
All Spice Powder 1 tsp
For Vegetables:
German Chilies 6
Lady Fingers 6
Bitter Gourds 2
Brinjals 2
Tomato Paste ½ kg
Mustard Seeds 1 tsp
Curry Leaves 10
Salt ½ tsp
Oil ½ cup
Green Coriander ½ bunch
Method:
• In ½ kg beef add in ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp roasted cumin, 1 tsp salt, ½ kg chopped onion, 1 red chili, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp all spice powder and mix it.
• Fill in the mince in German chilies, lady fingers, bitter gourd and brinjals. Heat one cup oil and add in 1 tsp mustard seeds, curry leaves. . add in tomato paste and 1.2 tsp salt. Boil it and add the stuffed vegetables cook it for 10 mins.
• When the vegetables are cooked add in coriander leaves and serve.
