دِسمبر کے مہینے کا وہ شاید آخری دن تھا
گذشتہ سال میں نے
محبت لفظ لکھا تھا
کسی کاغذ کے ٹکڑے پر
اچانک یاد آیا ہے
گذشتہ سال میں مجھ کو
کسی سے بات کرنی تھی
اسے کہنا تھا جانِ جاں
مجھے تم سے محبت ہے
مگر میں کہہ نہیں پایا
وہ کاغذ آج تک لپٹا پڑا ہے دُھول میں لیکن
کسی کو دے نہیں پایا
دسمبر پھر کے آیا ہے
دسمبر پھر کے جائے گا
دوبارہ چاہ کر بھی میں
محبت کر نہیں پایاــــــ!!!
