Teri yad jo seene se laga rakhi hay.
Hum ne duniya min alag duniya basa rakhi hay.

Hum ko maloom nhi chahat k taqaze lekin.
Hum ne teri baton k siwa har bat bhula rakhi hay.

Safar mushkil he maloom he lekin.
Tu humara he to har fikar mita rakhi hay.

Tu bhula de to bhula de lekin hum ne.
Teri khushbu bhi taweez bana rakhi hay.

Tu alag ho to har bar yon lagta hay.
Zindagi mout k pehlu min bitha rakhi hay.

Teri baten, tera lehja, tera chehra humdam.
Tujh min khaliq ne har cheez juda rakhi hay.
