Gazab ka husno sabab bekha
zameen par mahtab dekha

Khiza raseeda chaman mein aksar
Khila khila sa gulab dekha

Kisi ke rukh pe parisa gesoo
kisi ke rukh pe nakab dekha

Wo aae milne yakin kar loo
Ki meri aankho ne khwab dekha

Lo tooti tauba lo chhanke sagar
Jo unko peete sarab dekha

Na dekhoo roze hisab ya rab
Zamee pe jitna azab dekha

Milega insaf kaise 'Ali'
sadakto pe nakab dekha.
