Chutii ka din tha aur maheena thaa January
Jab tum se PehLi bar hamarii nazar miLii

Tum Jab miLee dobara tau thaa mah Feburary
Aur saat mein thee tumhari saheLii Anwarii

miLtay they roz shaam ko jab garden main hum
wo March tha bahaar kay mosam ka elbum

wada kiya tha saath nibhaain gay permanent
April ki yakum (1) ko howa thaa ye agreement...

Aai May tau bhi badnaam ho gaya
Charcha hamary ishq ka aam ho gaya

Aghaaz mah-e-June main kaaya paLat gaii
Apni bisat-e-ishq yaka yak paLat gaii

July kay maheeny mein barsaat aa gaii
diL par hamary gham ki ghataa chaa gaii

Mah-e-August hiJar mein yoon hi guzar gaya
Dekha tha ek khowab so wo bikher gaya

Saabit howa maheena September ka bud-Tareen
Mangnii Tumharii ho gaii humraah Noor-Deen

Octuber aa gaya tu Qyamat guzar gaii
Pai jo thii khushii na janey kidhar gai

Bay kaif poora mah November ka guzar gaya
Khushiyon ka ek dor tha aa kar guzar gaya

Shadii tumharii howi December kay month mein
Apni bhi ho hee jaiy gi agLay month main...
