Mohabbat phir mohabat hai
Kabhi dil se nhi jaati,

Hazaron rang hain is k,
Ajab hi dhang hain is k,

Kabhi sehra, kabhi darya,
Kabhi jugnu, kabhi aansu,

Hazaron roop rakhti hai,
Badan jhulsa k jo rakh day,

Kabhi wo dhoop rakhti hai,
Kabhi ban ker ye ek jugnu,

Shab-e-gham k andheron mein,
Dilon ko aas deti hai,

Kabih manzil kinaarey per,
Piyasa maar deti hai,

Azziyat hi azziyat hai,
Magar ye bhi haqiqat hai,

Mohabat phir mohabat hai,
Kabhi dil se nhi jaati
