Ab k jazbaat pay ik barf jami ho jaisy,

Phir kisi zakham ki is dil mein kami ho jaisy,

Yun sarabon pay haqeeqat ka guman hata ha,

Teri bahon mein koi Sham dhali ho jaisay,

Kt saka na mujh say sadion mein safar lamhon ka

Ik nuktay pay zameen ghoom rahi ho jaisy,

Daikh deewana pan mujhay kis simat la jata hai,

Goya janat na, dilbar ki gali ho jaisay

Shoar kaisa hai khamosh hawaon mein,

Teri awaz mujhy dhoond rahi ho jaisy,
