bahot sahi gam-e-geti sharab kam kya hai
gulam-e-saqi-e-kausar hun mujhko gam kya hai
tumhari tarz-o-rawish jante hain ham kya hai
raqib par hai agar lutf to sitam kya hai
sukhan mein khama-e-Galib ki atashfashani
yaqin hai hamko bhi lekin ab us mein dam kya hai
