Windows XP - Boot XP FAST!

Follow the following steps:



1. Open notepad.exe, type "del c:\windows\prefetch\ntosboot-*.* /q" (without the quotes)

And save as "ntosboot.bat" in c:\


2. From the Start menu, select "Run..." & type "gpedit.msc".


3. Double click "Windows Settings" under "Computer Configuration"

And double click again on "Shutdown" in the right window.


4. In the new window, click "add", "Browse", locate your "ntosboot.bat" file & click "Open".


5. Click "OK", "Apply" & "OK" once again to exit.


6. From the Start menu, select "Run..." & type "devmgmt.msc".


7. Double click on "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers"


8. Right click on "Primary IDE Channel" and select "Properties".


9. Select the "Advanced Settings" tab then on the device,

Or 1 that doesn't have 'device type' greyed out select 'none' instead of 'autodetect' & click "OK".


10. Right click on "Secondary IDE channel", select "Properties" and repeat step 9.



11. Reboot your computer.

Ismein Test karne wali koi baat nahi hai.. main Already isko jaaanta hoon. bas aap logon share nahi kiya tha.. jo ki Morash bhai kar diya hai.. aur bhi kuchh kaam ka mere paas hai.. jo main yahan share karna munasib samajhta hoon,.,

1. Fast Shut Down

Click Start-->Run & put below string & press OK

shutdown -s -f -t 3

or make it reg file for Right click on My Computer Icon

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}\shell\[ Turn Off ]]

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}\shell\[ Turn Off ]\command]
@="shutdown -s -f -t 3"

Save it as ShutDown.Reg
============================================
2. Fast Re-start Computer

Click Start-->Run & put below string & press OK

shutdown -r -f -t 3

or make it reg file for Right click on My Computer Icon

3. Fast LogOff

Click Start-->Run & put below string & press OK

shutdown -l -f -t 2

or make it reg file for Right click on My Computer Icon
