charha hua tha jo darya utar gaya kab ka
tumhare chahne wala to mar gaya kab ka

na meri rooh meri hai na mera jism mera
tera wajood to muj mein utar gaya kab ka

wo ek shakhs jo sab ko sanbhale rakhta tha
tumhien khabar hi nai hai bikhar gaya kab ka

tu jis k waadon ko dil se lagaye betha hai
wo apni baat se payare mukar gaya kab ka

Wasi mien ishq mein ro b chuka hon mar b chuka
hadood-e-jism se mein to guzar gaya kab ka
