Step 1)
Open The Counter Strike Rar File







Step2)
Select All Files And Drag It To Any Folder In Which You Want To Install The Game







Step 3)
Extract All Files On Same Folder
As I Have Done.







Step 4)
Right Click On Counter-Strike 1.6 And Open It







Step 5)
Select Language And Click Next







Step 6)
Choose The Location Where You Want To Install The Game
I Have Installed In The Same Folder







Step 7)
Click Install To Start







Step 8)
Installation Is Complete, Click Finish







Step 9)
Now Right Click On CS_16_Patch To Open For Installation







Step 10)
Double Click The File cs16patch_full To Open







Step 11)
Click Next







Step 12)
Browse Location Where You Want To Install It
Note: Install This Patch Where You Have Installed The Game







Step 13)
Installation Completed, Click Finish







Step 14)
Now You Have CS.NS File, Open It







Step 15)
Your Game Has Been Installed
Now Click On Find Servers To Add A Server







Step 16)
First Select The Favorites Tab
Then Click On Add Server







Step 17)
Here You Have To Put The Given IP Or Link Of The Server







Step 18)
Put The Server Link: pakidil.ddns.net:27015
Click OK And You Will Be Directed To The Game




OR

For Example The Server IP Is 123.45.67.89:8080
Click OK And The Server Name Will Be Displayed
Then Press Connect Button To Start Online Game

Server IP Will Be Given To You Each Time In The Chatroom.
