Egg noodles ½ packets Beef meat under cut ½ kg Salt as per your taste Oil 2 table spoons Egg 1 Cooking oil Corn floor 2 tea spoons Green onion 2 Garlic 4 slices Oyster sauce 2 tea spoons Chili garlic sauce 2 tea spoons Black pepper powder as per your taste Preparation: First of all cut the beef into small slices. Then add salt, black pepper powder, corn floor and 2 tablespoons of oil and marinate it. Leave it for half an hour and after that deep fry it until it becomes in golden shade. Now boil noodles by adding some turmeric powder in it. After that fry it on low flame and make it in a crispy shape. Now chop the green onions and garlic in small slices. Now take a cooking pan and add the garlic in it along with the oil. Then Fry them after adding fried beef, green onions, oyster sauce, chili garlic sauce, ½ cup water, salt, black pepper powder and corn floor. Now cook it for 2 and half minutes and put it over the fried noodles. Now the noodles are ready to eat or serve.
