Tere firaq ke lamhe shumaar karte huye
Bikhar gaye hain tera intizar karte huye

To mein bhi khush hoon koi ja ke us ko keh de
Agar woh khush hai mujhe beqarar karte huye

Mein muskurata hua aayine mein ubhroon ga
Woh ro pare ga achaanak singhaar karte huye

Tujhe khabar bhi nahin koi toot geya hai
Mohabaton ko bohat payedaar karte huye

Mujhe khabar thi ke ab laut kar na aaon ga
Wada yeh khud se kiya hai intizar karte huye
