Sapne Toote Apne Chhoote Aur Wo Hue Paraye;
Koi Bataye Kisne Banai Is Duniya Ki Rasmein.

Saaz Bhi Hai Aabaj Bhi Hai, Wahi Shama Wahi Din Hai;
Tu Jo Nahi To Kisko Sunaoo Sher, Ghazal Ye Nagme.

Gayi Bahar Chaman Hua Khali, Ud Gaye Panchhi Sare;
Ay Bulbul Ab Tu Bhi Chali Ja Kya Rakha Pathjhar Mein.

Tanhaee Apni Kismat Mein Shaam Akeli Ratein;
Mai Jee Loonga Dil Mein Basaker Teri Beeti Batein:
Teri Beeti Batein, Bus Teri Beeti Batein.
