Os ki sarkar men sar rakh kay jo roya hota
Aek lamha he sahe chain se soya hota

Dagh e hasrat hai jo seene men liey phirta hun
Kash who ashq e nadamat he se dhoya hota

Fasl e mugmoom kay ogne ki agar hoti khabar
Kheti e wasal men q hijir ko boya hota

Zabt e gham rog bana jis ka nahin koi elaj
Is se behter tha kay dil khol kay roya hota

Sahiri ankh ki ajati agar raas mujhe
Dasht e pindar men har ashq bhi khoya hota
