کروں تو کس لئے آخر کروں ملال اُس کا ۔
اُسے نھیں تو مجھے بھی نھیں خیال اُس کا ۔

میری وفا نے بنایا ھے بے وفا اُسکو ۔
کسی ادا میں نھیں ھے کوئی کمال اُس کا ۔

یہی دعا میں کروں ھر برس کے پھلے دن ۔
میرے بغیر نہ گزرے کوئی بھی سال اُس کا ۔

شبِ فراق کسی روز ڈھل ہی جائے گی ۔
خدا سے ھر گھڑی مانگا کروں وصال اُس کا ۔

میرے عروج کو اُسکے نصیب میں لکھ دے ۔
خدائے پاک مجھے سونپ دے زوال اُس کا
