فیصل آباد کی مشھور فرائیڈ فش
اجزا

فش فلے آدھا کلو
بیسن پانچ کھانے کے چمچ
لال مرچ پاوڈر ایک کھانے کا چمچ
بھنا ہوا اور پسا ہوا سفید زیرہ ایک چائے کا چمچ
نمک حسب ضرورت
ہلدی آدھا چائے کا چمچ
لیموں کا رس دو کھانے کے چمچ
چاٹ مصالحہ ایک چائے کا چمچ
لہسن کا پیسٹ ایک چائے کا چمچ

ترکیب
بیسن میں لال مرچ ، لہسن پیسٹ بھنا ہوا زیرہ نمک ہلدی لیموں کا رس اور مچھلی ڈال کر مکس کر لیں اور دو گھنٹوں کے لیے چھوڑ دیں
پھر ڈیپ فرائی کر لیں
اوپر چاٹ مصالحہ چھڑک کر پیش کریں
